HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET A TATTOO?
Tattoos are priced individually based on complexity. To give you a rough Idea, the minimum charge to book and appointment is $174+tax. My pricing is varies depending on the type of work and if I'm traveling. Once you have a consultation I can usually get you an idea on cost and time for your tattoo. My rates when in Nova Scotia are based off of $174/h +tax *higher when out of town or at festivals
I FOUND A PICTURE OF SOMEONE ELSE'S TATTOO ON THE INTERNET; CAN I GET THE SAME ONE?
I like seeing reference photos, but I don't trace or copy tattoos. If you have pictures or ideas from an existing tattoo you have seen in the past, you can e-mail them to me or bring them to a consultation and I can design something in a similar vein and in my typical style. Something custom for you based on the ideas.
CAN MY FRIENDS WATCH?
You can bring a  friend or family member in the room with you as moral support. Space is limited to ONE guest per client. Children are not permitted in the tattoo studio. All we ask is that your friends remain calm and quiet as tattooing takes a lot a concentration and skill.
IS EVERYTHING STERILIZED? HOW DO I KNOW I'M SAFE?
All of my tattoo needles, tubes and grips are single use and are safely disposed of immediately afterwards. They come prepackaged and sterilized right from the manufacturer. Single use products minimize the risks of using improperly sterilized tools.
I attend yearly training in Bloodborne Pathogens and Infection Prevention with aseptic technique. This knowledge is essential to protecting both my client and myself from cross contaimination.
