This hammerhead shark was designed to lengthen the leg and strengthen the side profile. The composition begins above the hip and extends below the knee, creating a elegant look that enhances her natural proportions.

The black flowing lines were drawn directly on the body to match her shape. Every curve was adjusted to move with her anatomy rather than sit flat on it. The negative space keeps the piece open and readable, so it holds its impact from the front, back, and especially the side view.
